Pochi Terms of Service
1. Purpose#
These terms set out the rights and responsibilities of users and the operator that are needed for using Pochi (the "App").
2. Sign-up and accounts#
- You can sign in with a Kakao, Naver or Google account, or use the App as a guest.
- You must not use someone else's account or enter false information.
- You are responsible for managing your account.
3. What the service offers#
The App provides features for counting the short-form videos you watch, setting limits and schedules, records and stats, streaks, friends and rankings, and backup. The App is a tool to help with habits and does not guarantee that it will completely block short-form viewing.
4. Your responsibilities#
- Your nickname and profile photo must not contain profanity, obscene material, or content that impersonates or harasses others.
- You must not hack the App or its servers, or manipulate records by abnormal means.
- If you break these rules, the operator may reset your nickname, delete your photo, hide you from rankings, or restrict your use of the App.
5. Changes to and interruption of the service#
The operator may fix or change the service, and will give advance notice of important changes through in-app notices. The service may stop temporarily due to server maintenance or outages.
6. Limitation of liability#
- The App is provided free of charge, and counts may not be accurate because of your phone's settings or changes in other apps.
- Unless there is intent or gross negligence on the operator's part, the operator is not responsible for damages arising from use of the App.
7. Closing your account#
You can close your account (delete your account) at any time. You can delete it right away from Profile → Delete account in the App. When you do, your information on the server is all deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
If you can't use the App, please send a request by email ([email protected]). We will delete it within 7 days after confirming the request. For details, the Privacy Policy applies.
8. Changes to these terms#
If these terms change, we will let you know through an in-app notice or on this page starting 7 days before the change takes effect.
